It became half price in the first layer of stock at the supermarket. I couldn't resist buying a bottle.
It has a sweet taste like brown sugar, mellow but somehow mild. It's unpasteurized, but it's not as harsh as I thought. It can be kept on the shelf to mature and mellow.
