I've been buying Izumo Fuji🗻 more and more often lately.
I often sample the red label ones at events, but here it is today: 💁♀️
It has a slight sourness, followed by the umami of the rice 😌.
It was easier to drink than I thought it would be✨
Maybe I should go to the brewery to buy some other sake?
