Around year-end, work was so busy I couldn't find time to buy Santa, but this year I finally managed to go get it. On the first day, it had a sharp spiciness with a savory depth. As I drank it over several days, it mellowed out a bit. Since opening day was Christmas Eve, I paired it with roast chicken, but I think it actually went better with fish.
