Hanamup Junmai Daiginjo Aizan
I've had this several times, but this is my first Junmai Daiginjo ☺️
First of all, the aroma is different.
The aroma is elegant and clean, like Aizan, and the flavor is gorgeous, like melon or pineapple.
It has a sweetness, a taste of rice, and a lot of umami.
It expands in the mouth and goes away nicely. But then, there is a slight bitterness with plenty of umami.
After the bitterness is gone, the lingering taste of moderate sweetness and umami is also delicious.
