Sasanokawa Sake Brewery was at the Fukushima Product Fair.
I was driving to another event, the Asian Fair, so I was not able to sample the sake 🙀.
The brewery bottles freshly pressed sake and freezes it at -30℃, so you can enjoy the original flavor of umami, spiciness, and acidity of the sake in its freshly pressed state.
If you are looking for a sweet sake, this is the one for you! He recommended it to me.
I let it slowly dissolve in the refrigerator before enjoying it.
The sake was thick and glossy, with almost no bitterness. Fruity ginjo aroma and flavor. Sweet and delicious!
