Akatake no Omachi NEWBORN
I've never had Akatake or Omachi before, so I'm not sure which is more distinctive, but they are both very fragrant and gorgeous!
I'll try the standard Akatake next time!
The mouthfeel is very gassy, like a raw sake.
The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, so I can drink more and more.
The bitterness is rather strong.
It was delicious!
