At Morimori Sushi in Kanazawa.
As soon as you put it in your mouth, you feel a strong alcohol taste.
It has a slight sweetness, but it is rather dry and suitable for a mid-meal drink.
It leaves a slight sake smell after drinking and makes you tired of drinking.
It was not too harsh when paired with sushi.
I would like to drink it warmed next time.
