100% Yamada Nishiki
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 16 degrees
I happened to see this bottle at a liquor store, and the label and name were unique, so I bought it.
It is made with 100% Yamada Nishiki from Yamadasho-cho in Hyogo Prefecture.
It is moderately fruity and easy to drink, but the taste of the rice is strong and it gives the impression of being dry.
It is not a bad match for a meal.
The label says that the brewery is located in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. It's rare to find one in the city center.
I would like to try it again if I have the chance.
