The first beautiful wine design in years. Was it this good? (lol)
It has a clean but strong umami, and the aftertaste cuts through well. It doesn't have the freshness of nama-shu, but it has been transformed into umami. I wonder if this is what "beauty" means. I am looking forward to seeing the changes in the second and third days after opening the bottle.
