Juyondai槽垂れ生酒と本丸
風来望
I have just been given the opportunity to compare the Jyushi-Dai.
The "Honmaru Hiden Tamagase" is not so much aromatic as it is mellow.
The "Honmaru Hiden Tamagase" is more like "mellow" than fragrant.
The "Hon-nama" is fruity and fresh, and the "Tosen-hadori-hon-nama" has a really good taste with a sweetness and umami of rice.
The umami and sweetness of the rice spread out, making it truly delicious.
I am very impressed with Jyushidai, and at the same time, I feel that I have gained another yardstick for my own taste.
I am grateful for the opportunity I was given.
