The "Let's Make Sake" booth of subsque Japanese Sake.
As vacuum sake, it is made in the brewery, vacuum-preserved to 99%, and poured through a check valve pouch connected to a server.
The company said they have the patent for the check valve.
The sake is made by Old Brewery, a member of the Traditions Brewery Group.
