Tenbi純米吟醸 生原酒
みずくん
When you bring your mouth close to the glass, a sweet aroma wafts through your nostrils. In the mouth, it tastes sweet and sour, even sweet and sour like a lactic acid beverage.
I am impressed that this is indeed a sake made by a woman. I think that this is the result of the company completely breaking away from the "light and dry" style of sake that once dominated the market and pursuing its own unique sake.
Of course, this sake is popular among women, but it is also tasty for men.
I would like to try Kurotenbi next.
