叫ぶ蝶
This is a new 14% low alcohol sake, and I was looking forward to pairing it with sashimi tonight.
It was fresh and crisp, but had a nice fullness in the back, and was a good match with scallops and sea bream. This was my first Takeyuki, and it was delicious. We also got a bottle of Urasato Usunigorori (light nigori). This one has a nice shwash and a sharp body, and is very tasty on its own.
