Junmai Daiginjo made with rice from a place where he moved to the US and runs a farm. The bottle and label are somewhat wine-like. It leaves a strong aftertaste after you finish it, so you feel like you are drinking sake. It is rather dry but rich, so it is best to drink it in small sips with snacks.
