Sanzen Sakura Junmai Ginjo Kutouryu 55 Nama-zake
I'm glad that I haven't come across many sake made with Kutouryuu sake rice 😊.
The taste is quite to my liking with a moderate acidity and sweetness 🤤.
The label is cool and austere too 😆.
