冷は常温
It's cold at the beginning of the year and I want to drink hot sake with warm snacks, so I tried Shinkame, the sake that got me hooked on sake 20 years ago...
I heated it up to 65 degrees Celsius, but it didn't give me a whimper... I let it sit for a little while to cool down and feel the thickness of the sake, the dense umami and sweetness, and the sudden cut off at the end.
It's a sake that you can leave lying around in the kitchen unopened and not be bothered by it.
