I've also never had Hyper Nova before.
I think the label is pulling me in, but the balance is great.
Starting from the aroma, it is sweet, delicious and tasty.
It is also clean and refreshing for an Eiko Fuji, which again leads to good balance.
This is my first time drinking Setsuwakamaru, but the balance makes it feel like Yamadanishiki.
I tried it warmed, and it wasn't bad, although I prefer it hiya.
