Sake My Life
Purchased at Arakawa Sake Shop, Okazaki, Aichi, Japan.
The aroma is green apple-like. It has a pleasant ginjo aroma that is not just fruity.
Slightly gaseous. It is so soft that you forget you are drinking liquid every time you take a sip.
With a low alcohol content of 13%, this is a devilish sake that will make you run out of a bottle before you know it. If Machida Shuzo Ihyakumangoku is like a beer that you can drink with gusto, this is truly "water. Why do we never get tired of drinking water? This sake embodies the answer to that question. It also has the potential to work well as a food sake.
I have a very subjective feeling that if this sake can have the cloud-like softness of the Aizu Chusho, which was the most impressive last year for me personally, it will break through the sweet and full trend.
Please try it.
