☆ I'm a fanatic, but I also have a meek heart. I try to drink the latest trends when I encounter them🍀* 🍀* ゚ It's been a while since I've had Nara Prefecture's sake 🍶´-. I searched for it and found that it has a "lactic acid aroma that reminds me of yogurt the moment I open the lid. The aroma of lactic acid that makes you think of yogurt the moment you open the lid". but I don't know if my nose is not in good shape or what. I don't feel it today... I'm not sure if it's my nose or not... It has a modern taste that seems to be popular with everyone. The alcohol content is 15%, but is it 1~2 degrees higher? It has a rich and mellow flavor, and the sweetness is moderate without being too sweet. Cold sake is good, but it can be served at a slightly higher temperature. I think I prefer it cold (room temperature) 🥹💖. The next day, I compared the sake from different sakes.
