The balance of everything is to my liking. It is very tasty both cold and warmed. It is clean, dry, and aromatic. It has none of the languidness that is sometimes unpleasant with junmai. It is a sake I like to keep on hand at home.
For some reason, the second bottle I bought was still alcoholic and had a weak aroma, but I guess that was the difference between the two lots.
