While I was visiting the refrigerator, I saw a brand that was not on the menu and I had never seen the label before, so I asked about it and was told I could order it.
Tourikishi Tropical Junmai Sake Drunken Summer
The first aroma was sweet and tropical. It has a mild sweetness on the palate, and because it is a summer sake, it is refreshing.
It was not very cold as I just put it in the fridge, so it might have had a watermelon flavor if I drank it a little cooler 🤔.
