According to Hinomaru Brewing's website, they bottle the sake gently by hand so as not to lose the fizzy feeling of nama-shu.
The fizziness was alive and well, and it was the most fizziest of all the nama-shu I have had so far.
It is slightly dry with a slight roundness to it, which I like.
