It's been a while since I've seen Ippaku Suisei.
I see it so often that I'm surprised I don't get a chance to drink it more often.
The aroma is pineapple.
The mouthfeel is smooth, as is typical of Omachi, with a mild rice flavor.
It does not have a strong personality, but it is a consistently delicious sake.
This is a bottle that will gently accompany an ordinary evening drink on an ordinary day.
