Compared to Sake Mirai and Sake Komachi, which I drank recently, it seems the least peculiar. (Sake Komachi was produced last year.)
The sweetness and umami are there, but it is soft and floral.
It is always full of flavor. It is very tasty.
Hana Yuu has its differences, but in the end, all of them are delicious. It is fun to compare them.
Personal preference: Sake Komachi (sweet and bitter)>Omachi (fluffy)>Sake Mirai (sharp and dry)
