The ninth generation revived the brewery that went out of business in 2000 by borrowing the eaves of the Fukumochi Sake Brewery in Tenka Nishiki, the second Shikishima "Half a Step Ahead".
From the first sip, the flavor is rich and sweet. It is not fruity, but creamy. The sweetness is not light, but heavy and inexperienced. The alu feeling is also solid.
From the next BY, it will be brewed in the company's own brewery, and it will be the "first step". I am looking forward to it🕺
