It tastes like a sake. The orikori is very sticky and does not mix well.
I shook the whole bottle.
It did not blow out.
It has a slight sweetness and does not seem to be gassy or sour.
It is also good lukewarm depending on the meal.
It is getting better with each passing day since the bottle was first opened.
