This is a set of two bottles that I received. Since we went through the trouble, we compared the two bottles.
Is it a little spicier than Junmai Daiginjo? But the sake degree is the same +2.0. Hmmm, stupid tongue.
It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink like water.
According to the website, it is "a type of sake that has an even brighter rice-derived flavor when heated to human body temperature. I wanted to know more about that aspect of it, but one gou was too little to do so.
