Impression: Nigori, strong sweetness and a good amount of acidity. The gasiness is at the level of a shuwashu. The end of the bottle has a tangy, sake-like feel. In my memory, it is similar to Iwashimizu gowaringo. However, this one is not apple-like, but calpis-like, with a strong acidity. It may be too sweet to go with a meal. But the sourness is not too strong. Delicious!

Impression: The sweetness has been cooled down and the acidity is more pronounced. Sake-like taste can also be felt in the aftertaste. More refreshing than yesterday's impression! This seems to go well with meals.
