Junmai Ginjo sake brewed by Matsuda Shuzo, the only remaining sake brewery in the birthplace of the Igata Toji clan.

Slightly dry, rich, but crisp.
It was delicious with jako katsu (fried fish cutlet), ikanago (squid roe), etc.
I enjoyed it with jako katsu, ikanago (squid roe), etc.
