Sawanoi Normal Sake
Jindaiji Temple from Jindai Botanical Garden*.
I often went to Jindaiji Temple, a golden tourist spot in Chofu, to eat soba noodles, but I had never been to the botanical garden, so I took the kids there*.
Soba noodles and sake at Matsuba Tea House around Jindaiji for lunch＊.
I knew Sawanoi was a brewery in Tokyo, but I had never had much of it.
When heated up, it has a noticeable alcohol taste, but it's not harsh and is rather delicious with a sweet, rice-like flavor*.
And I was very satisfied because it goes well with the aroma of jyuwari soba noodles and black edamame (green soybeans)*.
There are many good soba restaurants in Jindaiji, and it is fun to compare them*.
