It's been a while since I've had an Isshaku Suisei, last time was Omachi, but this is my first time with Aizan. The aroma is a nice ginjo aroma! The sweetness starts with umami and ends with some bitterness. The sweetness seems to be stronger than that of Omachi. It is easy to drink with a tangy taste. It is a well-balanced and delicious sake.
