This is my first time to taste Yamada Nishiki from Kaze no Mori. If it is Yamadanishiki, there is no doubt about it. It has a freshness that is typical of Kaze no Mori, but it also has a robust impression with a slightly bananas feeling, as the label on the back says.
It is also quite tantalizing on the tongue.
