Sorry to post this on a genuine sake app!
But Homare Sake Brewery's Yuzusake...it's soooo good.
It has a strong yuzu flavor and a harsh 10 degrees alcohol content. This sake is made with junmai sake,
It will be one that will remain in my mind...
But maybe I use the word quite often!
