muramuraShuwashu type. There is little of the sake smell that is characteristic of sake, and it goes through the bottle cleanly. It is a bottle that changed the image I had of hara-sake.
I have not had Toyobai since my last visit to Aomori, but it is of a very high level. 4.1.
