Tonight we had heated #Musashino Suisei No.436 Polishing 90%1 Polishing by #Asahara Sake Brewery in our hometown, Moroyama-machi, Iruma-gun, Saitama Prefecture. The price was 990 yen (tax included). In a word, it is a mild food sake. The aroma and flavor were flat without being overpowering, and it went well with the meal.
I wonder if it will develop some character with time...
