Purchased at a liquor store.
Yamazaru, which I had drunk once before. I had an image that the standard Yamahai Nama Sake had a strong acidity, but this time it was a summer sake.
The rarity may be a little high depending on the area.
Drink it cold.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
It has the sharpness and light dryness characteristic of Gohyakumangoku, with a hint of sweetness unique to sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture. The aftertaste is normal.
Fruity summer sake is good, but crisp and refreshing summer sake is also good.
It is better to drink it with food than by itself, not only with light summer vegetable dishes, but also with stamina food.
This sake can be enjoyed by intermediate level sake drinkers.
