Aononashi Junmai Daiginjo
This is a sake with a characteristic acidity.
The aroma was like white wine!
It also tastes a little like dry white wine, and is best served as a food wine.
The wine lover (who also drinks a lot of sake) who was with us liked this one 😊.
The dinner ended after about an hour and we moved on to the next restaurant!
