This is my first sake from a sake brewery, and I bought a generic Junmai sake first. It is a fairly robust tasting sake. It has a light acidity on the tongue and a delicious rice flavor. The owner of the sake shop in Kuritaya recommended heating the sake. I don't think the sake in a four-quart bottle would reach the level of hot sake.
