Next up was a sake made with olive yeast from Kawatsuru Sake Brewery, also famous for their Sanuki Claudie! The aroma was like muscat, and when you drank it, you could taste the sourness and bitterness! The acidity is also a characteristic of Kawatsuru's sake! I wonder if this sake can also be used as a food sake with fatty food to give it a wash effect!
