In 2023, I chose it as No. 1 and bought it by the bottle.
It smells like alcohol when it is opened, but when it is left shaken around at room temperature, it becomes the sweetest, richest, and tastiest (lol).
It is too strong.
You can drink it until summer. This is the kind of sake I was looking for.
Fresh new sake is good, but I also love this kind of sake, which is rugged, straightforward, and never weak.
