The combo of a slight bitterness on both ends of the tongue (from the Alc) and the sweetness that increases in intensity.

I have not tried heating it up, but I think it is best at room temperature.
But if you are a shochu lover, Omachi might be the best for you.
Anyway, we hope you enjoy the sublimated smell of this syochu liqueur.
