It was an amazing label when I took it out of the box.
It had a subtle citrus aroma. The sourness was followed by bitterness and then umami. The sharpness was good. It was delicious.
Yesterday was the 29th, a meat day, and we had it with a fillet steak that we bought at our favorite supermarket, Tsukaya, on a half-price Sendai beef day.
