くろまお
It is said that this sake is brewed with Yumesansui sake rice from Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture. I was attracted by the phrase "the darkest sake possible," so I bought a bottle of sake No. 4, which was sold out, but I really wanted to try it, so I bought a bottle of 1 sho (1.5 liter).
It has a strong rice flavor and a ginjo aroma that is typical of Japanese sake.
It has a high alcohol content, so it is not the type of sake that you can drink easily.
However, as a lover of umakuchi, I was soaked to the brim...I really want to be careful not to drink too much. I will drink the sake well.
