Nanka Yokai
It has an oaky flavor and is sweet. After that, it has a spiciness and bitterness, while leaving a fluffy sweetness that is not too harsh.
A sake with a traditional feel.
While drinking it, I looked up "windy" on the Internet. Apparently, it is best when chilled. I had left it in a heated room, but put it in the fridge for a while.
The impression rounded out and easy to drink!
And the nickname? It seems to be "puu-san". Certainly the hue w. This flavor started to feel like honey 🍯.
I'm starting to feel it's kind of a cute drink from a traditional sake. I can't believe I dance like this with information😅.
This is also a good experience🙆
