Ozawa no Sakura, a sake said to be a mirage even in Fukushima Prefecture It was purchased at "Kagataya" in Nishi-Koyama, Tokyo. The aroma is fresh and acidic, like muscat. In the mouth, fruity sweetness and strong acidity spread in the mouth at the same time, and there is a very fresh feeling. It also has a slight piquancy. In the mid-palate, the flavor and richness spread out, and the sharpness through the nose is outstanding. The impression is that it is quite dry. The lingering spiciness lasts for a relatively long time on the bottom, and there is some bitterness. The bitterness is also present. It has a really deep flavor, and it is a bottle that you will want to pair with Japanese food. It is delicious.
