Following yesterday, tonight we have the black label Yamahai 🍶.
It was totally different!
I could feel the acidity and the taste was more subdued in this one.
The aroma is like the Kayasha of snow (or so I thought).
It's hard to say which one I like better,
This one is for enjoying sake, and yesterday's Junmai Ginjo is for drinking with a meal.
I was so excited to find a snowflake on the label that floats in the light!
I don't remember who posted a picture of the lid, but I tried to copy it 😋.
I like to collect everything, so it's nice to have just a picture of it 🙌
