The scent is beautiful.
When I drank it, my impression was that it was delicious yet a little under-ridden in flavor.
I don't know if the description of a veil between the tongue and the sake is accurate, but I thought it was a food wine. But I think it was a food wine.
I bought it to drink at home, so I paired it with the rum raisins from Yukimi Daibuku, which I bought on my way home, and it went surprisingly well with it.
