<Fruity, sweet and sour, mildly
This Hakuten-san is supposed to last about 10 days after opening the bottle. I drink it right away at home and it never lasts that long, so I'm looking forward to it.
The aroma is slightly green banana, rice sweet and tasty, and muscat. It is still good.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a fruity sweet and sour taste. In the second half, there is a hint of bitterness and umami.
Oh, wow!
I already know that it is delicious because it is Amami. However, the sweetness of the first 10-day-old Amami is softer! It is mellow. Of course fresh and crisp Amami is delicious, but I like this mellow Amami too!
I compare it to Fio from "Red Pig" in Ghibli. I think she is Fio in the last scene because she is quite mellow. You can't see his face, though. There was a big war and upheaval, but Fio overcame it, took over the Piccolo company, and went to Hotel Adriano in her own plane. She must have become a kind and beautiful woman.
