On New Year's Eve 2025, we drink Tenmei!
Also known as Yukiten.
For various reasons, Tenbi's nigori sake came to our house. At first I was going to drink it after the new year, but somehow I wanted to drink it tonight, so I opened the bottle!
When the bottle was first opened, it did not have the same gaseous swish as the Mimurosugi from the day before yesterday.
However, when you drink it, you can feel the pleasant gaseous sensation. The sweetness is not so strong but fruity. After sipping it for a while, you can feel the dry, alcoholic and full aroma spreading. This is delicious!
It goes well with sashimi and tempura.
