I went to Tomiya to buy shochu for the first time in a while and bought some sake on the way.
It seems to be a PB brand.
It had a soft sweetness and acidity, a hint of ginjo aroma, and an alcoholic aroma, all in one.
The body is rather heavy, but you don't feel it, and the taste is unique... .
I would definitely like to try other sake with different specifications.
